Role Overview

As a Marketing Executive at Exciting Instruments, you’ll lead and execute marketing campaigns, manage the creation of impactful brand assets, and contribute to building a strong, recognizable brand in the life sciences industry.

You’ll work closely with founders, sales teams, and application scientists, while also benefiting from the guidance of a senior marketing expert. This is your chance to make a tangible difference in shaping the future of single-molecule analysis.


Your Key Responsibilities

Website Development

  • Manage and enhance our website, add new pages, refining its look and functionality, and optimizing it for SEO.
  • Integrate the website with CRM tools and track metrics to grow our digital footprint.

Social Media

  • Craft an editorial calendar and oversee our presence on LinkedIn, BlueSky, and X.
  • Bring creativity to the table, finding new ways to engage prospects and spark meaningful conversations.

Email Campaigns

  • Shape and manage email campaigns to drive conversions, boost event attendance, and nurture leads.
  • Build audiences, design effective communications, and grow our email list through strategic digital campaigns.

Events Management

  • Design innovative event concepts, from webinars to in-person gatherings, that showcase our technology and fuel excitement.
  • Manage our conference presence and ensure pre-event, on-site, and post-event initiatives deliver maximum impact.

Marketing Asset Creation

  • Collaborate with specialists to create compelling marketing assets, including videos, brochures, application notes, and website content.
  • Ensure every asset strengthens our brand through creativity and attention to detail.

Campaign Execution & Lead Generation

  • Execute on tactical plans to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Optimize campaigns for performance, always focused on measurable results.

Data-Driven Insights

  • Track key metrics and contribute to performance reports.
  • Use data to inform continuous improvement initiatives and drive success.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A degree in marketing or a recognised qualification (e.g., CIM).
  • Life science qualifications are a plus.
  • At least 3 years in a B2B marketing role.
  • Experience in at least three of the following: digital marketing, community building, events marketing, social media, email marketing.
  • Familiarity with tools like MailChimp, HubSpot, and design software.
  • Experience in life science or biotech industries is a bonus.
